How are shipping price and timing determined?

Checkout states any free-delivery eligibility. Most orders need about 1–2 business days for handling, then approximately 2–4 business days for transit, subject to non-guaranteed carrier timing.

What happens if I prefer a different item or chose incorrectly?

Ask for a return by mail or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. A non-defective item must still be new and unused, retain its original condition, packaging, tags, and included accessories. The parcel contains a complimentary return label, and no restocking charge applies.
