When an order leaves
Order review and packing ordinarily require 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is expected in about 2–4 business days. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, and carrier conditions, severe weather, peak periods, holidays, or service boundaries can cause changes.
Checkout controls the charge
Whether free delivery applies, and the final shipping cost, are stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for a precise recipient name, street address, email, and phone number. Missing or incorrect details may result in delay, return, or additional delivery expense.
Shipment updates and exceptions
Tracking is shared when issued, but the first scan may not be immediate. For a late, lost, damaged, or delivered-but-unlocated package, send the order number, purchasing email, tracking information, and useful images or video. We may coordinate a carrier review, while legal and carrier restrictions can limit available routes or destinations.
